Check your experimental design experience. Have you designed a test from scratch, including defining the hypothesis, choosing the metric, determining the sample size, and planning the analysis before seeing results? Even informal experience with this process counts.

Assess your communication around uncertainty. Experimentation work requires explaining nuance to people who want certainty.
