Responsibilities
The Manager, GTM Compensation Design & Execution, will lead the strategy and execution of the seller compensation experience, spanning enablement, tooling, analytics, and process design.
This role ensures sellers have clear, real-time visibility into how they earn and perform through intuitive compensation systems, dashboards, and communications.
By combining strong operational leadership with emerging AI capabilities, this role will drive automation, transparency, and scalable compensation infrastructure while partnering cross-functionally to align programs with business objectives. This role will fall within Databricks’ GTM Strategy & Operations organization.
