Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience working with the AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System across AF modeling, data integration, and system configuration

Ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical concepts in customer-facing settings

Hands-on experience delivering PI System integrations (strongly preferred)

Experience working with or integrating Building Automation Systems (BAS), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems into the PI System

General understanding of Central Plant Systems, Facility Management, and Energy Management

Experience with Predictive Modeling, energy management, and advanced analytics is a plus

Responsibilities

As an OSIsoft/AVEVA PI Engineer at Data Systems Analysts, you will be part of a growing business offering at the intersection of energy management, advanced analytics, and cybersecurity.

As part of your work, you will actively translate customer requirements into functional and technical designs.

You will participate in designing and implementing projects that provide situational awareness and operational intelligence based on the OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System.

DSA's CIP team delivers value by integrating various systems onto a common operating platform and deploying advanced analytics to uncover opportunities to improve efficiency and resilience to support a customer mission.

Within the CIP team, you will regularly work with and integrate data from building automation systems (BAS), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and other 3rd party systems into the PI System.

You will leverage PI AF Analytics and reporting tools to support data analysis, validation, and identification of operational insights.
