Responsibilities
This position will be part of LISC’s Lending Department and report to LISC’s Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer.
The Credit Officer will be responsible for loan pipeline management in partnership with the originations team, coordinating credit review and approvals, reviewing credit memos for adherence to underwriting and credit approval requirements, ensuring the integrity of loan and credit approval data, and supporting timely approval and closing of loans. The Credit Officer also provides technical and underwriting assistance to LISC Lending and local program staff on behalf of LISC local programs across a wide array of community and economic development product types and asset classes.
The Credit Officer will work in concert with Lending, Finance and Legal department staff.
