What’s required
J.D. degree from an accredited law school, and membership in at least one state bar

Ability to operate autonomously and see projects and activities through to completion, escalating issues as deemed necessary
Responsibilities
Help design executive compensation frameworks that support the firm’s ability to attract and retain top leadership talent
Monitor and advise on evolving legal, tax, and regulatory developments affecting executive compensation.

The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
