Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in equity administration, preferably in a public company environment.
Complete knowledge of equity compensation types (RSUs, stock options, ESPP) and related tax/regulatory requirements.
Experience with equity administration platforms (e.g., Shareworks, Equity Edge, Carta).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-experts.

Responsibilities
Equity Plan Administration:
Manage day-to-day operations of Omada’s equity programs, including grants, exercises, releases, and ESPP purchases.
Recordkeeping & Compliance:
Maintain accurate participant records in equity systems; ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and other regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare equity-related reports for Finance, HR, and Legal; support quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements (ASC 718).
