Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience conducting or supporting UX research activities in complex, data-rich systems.
Experience developing dashboards and reports using
Power BI
or similar business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
User Research Operations
Support research operations such as planning and scheduling user research sessions for ClinicalTrials.gov and SRA, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions with researchers, clinicians, data submitters, and members of the public.
Recruit and communicate with participants across a wide range of biomedical and technical backgrounds, ensuring clear instructions and smooth session logistics.
Manage consent, scheduling, session documentation, and research records in alignment with federal and NIH policies.
Data Collection and Synthesis
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from user sessions, surveys, support inquiries, and other feedback channels related to ClinicalTrials.gov and SRA.
