The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.

They will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

The Supervisor must ensure the manufacturing process remains safe, smooth, and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring employees in collaboration with the Production Manager.

Balances and maintains safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee morale to achieve positive results in all areas; working to continuously improve all areas.

Confirms compliance with Safety and Quality professional standards.

Records daily KPIs and maintains updated reports throughout the day and summarizes at the end of the shift.
