Requirements

Responsibilities
As a Materials Planning Manager, you will own the end-to-end materials planning function that ensures uninterrupted production of Figure’s humanoid systems.
You will serve as the critical link between demand planning and physical production, applying MRP principles to drive inventory accuracy, manage shortages, and support aggressive build schedules.
You will work closely with Manufacturing, NPI, Global Supply Management, Logistics, and Warehousing to maintain clear-to-build readiness in a fast-moving, hardware-centric environment.
Materials & Demand Planning
Own module-level demand planning, translating build plans into executable material requirements.
Maintain and govern the master demand file, ensuring accuracy between planned and actual builds.
