Education and/or Experience

Preferred: Associates degree in a technical field or training in a vocational school.

Required: High school diploma or GED.

Consideration: One-years’ experience within the division as a driller or pattern rigger.

Computer Skills: Possess and use basic computer skills.

Physical & Cognitive Abilities

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.

Making fine adjustments to machines and setups.

Aligning tools and parts accurately.

Performing repetitive tasks without loss of focus.
