3+ years of experience in people management leading full-stack teams (backend, web, & mobile) of 8+ engineers
8+ years of industry experience
Experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization
Familiarity with Android app development best practices
Hands-on leadership and strong product intuition

DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a confidential project.
Over the past twelve months, the Platform Innovation team, within the Launch Pad organization, has found strong momentum with an emerging product.
This year, we’ve assembled a strong cross-functional, entrepreneurial team (lead Designer, lead Product Manager, and General Manager) to take the product to the next level – all that’s left is to hire an engineering leader.
Lead and grow a team of exceptional backend and client-side engineers delivering end-to-end engineering solutions
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business leaders, and key stakeholders to determine the team's roadmap and vision, and manage execution against that roadmap
Provide architectural guidance and professional development for a team of 9+
