Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, as a host or other casino position such as VIP services, Brand Ambassador marketing, players rewards, or casino operations
Must be bilingual- English and French- Written and Spoken, additional languages considered an interesting asset
Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident
Ability to write reports and professional business correspondence
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, VIP guests and all guests alike
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Compensation & Benefits
(base salary between $50K-$75K, plus an uncapped quarterly performance bonus with unlimited earning potential)

Responsibilities
The
VIP Gaming Host
is responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a high quality and memorable gaming experience. As a Host at Playground you will be responsible for bringing energy, familiarity and success to the gaming floor. Your role will be to build loyalty with our guests, increase visitation and recruit new players through a variety of direct sales activities.
Schedule: rotating - days, evenings, weekends
