Manager, Field Inventory & Logistics

The Manager, Field Logistics will own the execution and performance of logistics operations outside of the factory, including depot logistics, inventory deployment, field replenishment, third-party logistics providers, and regional logistics operations.

You will be responsible for building a scalable logistics organization capable of supporting rapid network growth while maintaining exceptional service levels and operational efficiency.

This role requires a builder who thrives in ambiguous environments, develops strong operators, and creates repeatable systems that scale globally.

10+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or distribution leadership roles.

Experience leading multi-site logistics or field operations organizations.

Proven ability to build teams and operating systems in high-growth environments.

Lead Zipline's field logistics organization across domestic markets.

Own logistics operations and strategy supporting maintenance depots, distribution points, and field inventory locations.

Develop scalable operating models for inventory deployment, replenishment, and asset positioning.

Establish and manage strategic relationships with 3PLs, warehouse providers, and logistics service partners.

Build performance management systems, operating reviews, and KPIs across the field logistics network.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, inventory availability, and operational efficiency.
