Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in a multi-site environment.
Experience working in a for-profit education, vocational training, or regulated service environment is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and frontline HR support for assigned campuses or regions.
This role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, with a key focus on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance in a regulated education environment.
Collaborate with campus directors, regional managers, and corporate leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Understand site-specific needs and adapt HR support accordingly.
Participate in HR initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement.
Collaborate with campus leaders to understand future business needs.
