Responsibilities
As a Program Manager you will coordinate the execution of software development efforts across multiple teams where you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for complex software development projects targeting real-time RF sensor systems.
You will work closely with Principal Investigators, Chief Engineers, and technical staff to ensure successful delivery of capabilities to sponsors.
As the Operations Lead you will coordinate, organize, and oversee execution of support activities across the full portfolio on programs within the RAID Group. This will include assisting with financial planning and metrics tracking, staff allocation, security and IT support coordination and other cross-organization collaboration.
Coordinate software development projects across multiple programs within the RAID portfolio
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and track program execution
Prepare technical reports, status briefings, and deliverables for sponsors and internal reviews
