To support this mission, Syngenta's Operations & Trialing Team is seeking a Facility Lead in Malta, IL.

This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and management.

The Facility Lead will ensure that the organization's facilities are safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity.

The role involves strategic planning, budget management, team leadership, and the implementation of best practices in facility management.

Direct 24/7 facility operations of R&D centers, such as strategic planning, capital improvements, and budget management to ensure optimal functionality and organizational alignment.
