Requirements
2–4+ years of relevant experience in data capture, financial data operations, investment data management, or a related function.
Strong data structuring capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial or deal-related data and comfort working with structured and semi-structured information sources.
Ability to manage high-volume data capture work while maintaining quality and consistency.
Familiarity with CapIQ, PitchBook, Preqin, and Bloomberg.
Proficiency in Excel and working familiarity with SQL, VBA and Python.

Responsibilities
The Private Markets Secondary Data Associate is a junior onshore hire for the Secondary Data Strategy team.
This role is execution-focused, with primary responsibility for deal-economics structuring, pricing and underwriting database population, and GP and fund name normalization.
The individual will work closely with the offshore counterpart to support consistent, high-quality data capture and structuring across core secondaries workflows.
Capture, structure, and maintain deal-economics and underwriting-related data within designated databases and workflows.
Populate pricing and underwriting datasets accurately and consistently, supporting downstream analysis and reporting needs.
Normalize GP, fund, and related entity naming conventions to improve consistency across internal systems and outputs.
