Requirements
Donor relations or four years of experience in customer relations is preferred.
Serves as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission.
Responsibilities
Manages data and the administration via Blackbaud CRM for one or more specialized channels of giving including Recurring Gifts, Tribute Donations, Stock Transfers, Matching Gifts, Donor Advised Funds, Event Registrations and Gifts-in-Kind.
Processes incoming donations and donor requests via mail on a daily basis utilizing various queues in Blackbaud CRM proficiently and accurately.
Enters and Documents interactions that are had with donors in the donor database accurately and timely.
Audits Blackbaud CRM by creating and executing specific queries ensuring data accuracy
including name and address updates, gift audits, relationships and other pertinent donor information complying with established policies and procedures
Engages with donors and prospective donors when answering incoming phone calls.
