Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for associates’ HR-related inquiries, escalating to HRBPs or leadership as needed.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes (badges, system access, paperwork collection, orientation logistics).

Coordinate scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting to support workforce planning.

Assist with investigations, audits, and compliance reporting by preparing documentation and maintaining files.
