Responsibilities
Lead local marketing and sales strategy and execution, from branding, customer acquisition to retention, cross- and upselling as well as win-back.
Assuming shared P&L responsibility for the local brand within the functional organization.
Continuously monitoring and analyzing key financial figures and performance indicators.
Collaborating with various functions and board departments to identify potential cost efficiency and revenue growth opportunities Implementing measures to optimize profitability and drive sustainable value improvement.
