Insurance Marketing Analyst

Follow up with carriers regarding outstanding quotes, underwriting requests, and submission status.

Assist in comparing carrier proposals and organizing quote presentations.

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate client and prospect data within the agency management system.

Prepare and distribute marketing correspondence, applications, and supplemental forms.

Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating marketing discussions.

The Marketing Analyst provides administrative and marketing support to the Commercial Lines team by assisting with the preparation, submission, and tracking of new and renewal business opportunities.

This position works closely with Producers, Marketing Representatives, Account Managers, and carrier partners to help ensure submissions are complete, organized, and processed efficiently.

The Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining agency workflows, supporting carrier relationships, and helping deliver exceptional service to clients and teammates.

Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing new and renewal submissions.

Submit applications and supporting documentation to insurance carriers and wholesalers.

Track marketing efforts and carrier responses within agency management systems.
