Senior Energy Market Analyst

Deep knowledge of energy markets & associated economics

Expertise in model setup, custom configurations, and troubleshooting.

Experience in scripting, automation, and integrating market datasets.

Project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage energy market modelling and implementation projects across the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, delivery, and successful project completion.

Strong commercial awareness

5+ years of experience in energy market modeling, forecasting, or optimization.

As a member of the APAC Solutions team, the Senior Energy Market Analyst will be responsible for engaging directly with both potential and existing clients to increase sales and deliver technical work.

The successful candidate will help drive Energy Exemplar’s growth in markets across the APAC region, by working with the sales team to identifying relevant customer use cases and assist in the development of the go to market strategy.

The Senior Energy Market Analyst

will act as an energy markets subject matter expert, responsible for thought leadership towards customers.

They will seek to understand the customers challenges, identify solutions within the Energy Exemplar product offerings, and articulate the value proposition within the marketplace.

The role has a heavy modelling focus.
