Principal Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Technology

You have 15+ years of experience within software development managing complex, technical programs in content/media, digital platforms, or SaaS.

You have a technical foundation—you're comfortable in conversations about APIs, content pipelines and cloud architecture.

You understand business needs, priorities and can track execution towards deliveries; identifying options and trade-offs effectively as needed.

You have experience coordinating UAT sessions and executing release/launch planning.

You have managed large initiatives involving Engineering, Product, and Operations.

You can convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Technology Operations and will work closely with Engineering teams, in addition to other teams across the business, to support important initiatives.

Organize, plan, and track ongoing technical projects and critical initiatives for the Enterprise Technology team, with a specific focus on Digital Supply Chain.

Drive daily technical execution across engineering teams, ensuring progress against design milestones, system readiness, and delivery timelines.

Translate high-level business needs into technically feasible and prioritized requirements.

Ensure every initiative has clear technical definitions and delivery criteria.

Partner with engineering leads to understand technical architecture and align roadmaps with execution plans.
