Responsibilities

Renesas Electronics is seeking a motivated Product Engineer to join our Austin-based team supporting the development and production of advanced semiconductor power products.

This entry-level role (0–2 years of experience) offers the opportunity to work on technologies including power management ICs, smart power stages, and related solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction (NPI), qualification, and high-volume production.

Support product engineering activities across NPI, qualification, production release, and sustaining

Assist with silicon characterization, product evaluation, and data analysis

Ownership of BOM release and maintenance
