Recruiting Manager, AMER GTM

Proven track record of partnering effectively with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process; acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive hiring success.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the development and direct management of a group of recruiters, leading cross-functional projects, and managing performance metrics.

You will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and productivity of Stripe’s recruiting organization while closely collaborating with our GTM leadership.
