Senior Change Management Specialist

3–5 years' experience in change management, transformation, L&D, or a related field

Experience supporting technology or digital platform adoption projects

Experience working cross-functionally with product, communications, or L&D teams

Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)

Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments

Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology programs

We're looking for a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the successful adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across Inizio Evoke.

You will sit at the heart of a high-impact transformation program, focused on helping people adopt new tools, behaviors, and ways of working.

You'll help deliver change, enablement, and adoption activities across phased platform releases—translating strategy into practical, user-focused execution and measuring what matters.
