Senior Database Reliability Engineer

Our Ideal Candidate:

You have Experience with database administration, primarily using MySQL. Other RDB’s and Key value stores experience is also valued. Solid understanding of database system internals, and their impact on query and system performance.

Writing scripts should come as second nature to you, and you should have experience with Python, Bash, Ruby, or Perl (we gravitate towards Python).

We live in a dynamic world and systems often need change. You should have experience with a configuration management system like Puppet, Chef or Salt (we use Salt).

You are proficient in communicating technical details using English, both verbally and written.
