Responsibilities
Field Operations & Delivery Support
Monitor daily route execution and delivery progress in real time
Step in to perform deliveries and cover routes when operational needs require
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and urgent service escalations on the spot
Contractor Onboarding & Readiness
Coordinate and conduct onboarding for Independent Contract Couriers — including orientation, compliance documentation, system access, and client-specific training
