Responsibilities
Stakeholder Bridging, Governance & Programme Leadership
Reporting into the Head of Innovation Enablement, this role leads a team which serves as the central liaison with business support units, especially Group Human Resources, Group Strategic Communications, and Brand.
In addition, this role is responsible for managing the Innovation Talent Associates Program end-to-end, including engagement with sponsors, mentors, and stakeholders across the Group.
The incumbent will also lead the design and delivery of a bank-wide UOB Innovation Challenge to drive employee engagement, innovation outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Provide subject matter expertise on Talent and Culture strategies to reignite the innovation culture, support AI fluency across the bank.
