Concierge - Limelight Mammoth

Education & Experience Requirements

•    High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred

•    1 year of concierge or customer service experience required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•    Intimate knowledge of local mountain, town activities and events in the area

•    Knowledge of customer preferences and how to meet or exceed them

Work Environment & Physical Demands

•    Ability to stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time, kneeling and bending may be required

•    Regularly work indoors with no adverse conditions

•    Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

Position Summary

The Concierge acts as an ambassador for the hotel and both the town by providing expert-level knowledge of our property and its amenities and offerings. As the Concierge, you will welcome and register guests, present statements, check credit and collect payment. The Concierge reports to the Front Office Manager.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.
