Analyst, ICQA Operational Excellence

1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field

Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems; ability to perform accurate data entry and transaction auditing

The ICQA Analyst is a floor-level inventory accuracy and compliance role responsible for executing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory transactions and documentation meet Factor's control standards.

This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the accuracy of inventory data used across the business.

Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas; investigate and resolve count variances

Audit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS for accuracy and proper documentation

Identify and escalate non-compliance issues related to receiving, storage, picking, or reconciliation processes

Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit events
