Requirements
: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or project accounting, ideally with a few years in a leadership role (e.g., Regional Controller, Domain Controller, Group Lead Project Accounting, Branch Lead FP&A).
Operational Focus
: Hands-on approach to Regional-Branch-Project financial processes.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Develop Strategic Account budgets, forecasts, and financial plans (incl. derived budgets for Domains, Strategic Accounts and Service); provide insights to optimize regional performance including decentralized P&Ls.
Reporting:
Prepare & review financial reports with Strategic Accounts and Commercial Key Management. Support Corporate Controlling in their reporting needs.

The regional system integration business called Bosch Building Technologies offers solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects Bosch started its Integrator Business in North America through the acquisition of Climatec in 2015.
