About the Company
The Liquidity Management team builds and maintains the core platform capabilities that give treasury professionals real-time visibility into their organization's cash and liquidity positions across banks, accounts, currencies, and legal entities worldwide. Our solutions help enterprise customers optimize how they fund operations, manage intercompany liquidity structures, and deploy idle cash. The team works at the intersection of complex financial workflows and modern software engineering, delivering scalable, reliable systems that process critical financial data for customers operating across 40+ countries.
The Vision
The Liquidity Management team is at the forefront of a major modernization initiative, reimagining how enterprise treasury teams manage liquidity across a global landscape. We're not just maintaining what exists — we're rebuilding from the ground up with a bold vision: a modern, intuitive user experience with fast, streamlined workflows that make complex treasury operations feel effortless; a cloud-native architecture built on the latest technologies, designed for scalability, resilience, and speed; and first-class support for both traditional fiat currencies and digital assets, positioning Ripple Treasury at the leading edge of where treasury is headed.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a platform that processes over $100 billion in daily cash flow for enterprise customers across 40+ countries. You'll be leading a team that's tackling genuinely hard problems — real-time visibility across banks, accounts, currencies, and legal entities; cash concentration and pooling strategies; intercompany lending workflows — all while making the transition from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-native stack. If you're energized by greenfield opportunities within a domain that actually matters, this is it.
