Responsibilities
The Senior Technical Manager of Electrical Engineering leads Echodyne’s Analog & Mixed Signal (AMS) organization—responsible for architecting, designing, verifying, and sustaining the analog, digital/mixed-signal, power delivery, clocking, and high-speed interfaces that form the electrical backbone of Echodyne’s next-generation radar platforms.
This leader combines deep technical expertise with people leadership, guiding the AMS team through the full hardware lifecycle—from concept and architecture through design, bring-up, verification, transition to manufacturing, and long-term sustainment.
They will champion engineering excellence, ensure alignment with program and product objectives, and drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and design methodologies.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Electrical & RF Engineering, this leader balances technical ownership with organizational leadership, mentoring and developing engineers while remaining hands-on enough to influence architecture and solve complex cross-disciplinary challenges.
