Requirements
Leverage modern instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Maintain an expert-level understanding of the product, its features, and applications, and act as a go-to resource for customers and internal teams.
Measure program effectiveness through learner analytics,
metrics, and customer feedback, and continuously refine approaches.
Develop and implement best practices and efficient processes for delivering product education and support to enhance quality and consistency.
2-5 years of experience in product education, training, or instructional design, ideally within healthcare technology, SaaS, or clinical systems.

An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations.
