As a People Partner, your job is to make the business better through people.  You'll partner directly with leaders across

5+ years of experience in HR, People Business Partnering, or a related role supporting managers and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Support learning & development.

Handle sensitive employee concerns with discretion and professionalism, partnering with Legal and senior People Partners on next steps.
