Senior Lead Implementation Specialist, TIC Industry SME

5+ years inside TIC, contract laboratory operations a wide range of hands-on experiences required

Familiarity with TIC ERP/LIMS platforms

ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ASTM D6299, and EPA Part 1090 familiarity

Demonstrated knowledge of ASTM-aligned lab testing, instrument maintenance and calibration, and quality and compliance systems

Hands-on experience with LIMS, ERP, or lab automation systems as power user, administrator, or implementation lead

Broad exposure across multiple lab disciplines, methodologies, and testing verticals

You will serve as a leading TIC industry SME on strategic enterprise engagements leading discovery, aligning platform capability to real-world TIC workflows, and building client-side ownership.

When TIC project demand allows, you will operate as a full-cycle Implementation Specialist across our broader client portfolio.

This role blends deep TIC industry credibility, LIMS implementation expertise, workflow analysis, and customer-facing leadership.
