Responsibilities
Background checks, visas and host country entry authorization:
Collaborate with the Accreditation Systems team to implement data fields, validation rules, and business processes into the configuration of the accreditation system. Participate in testing and certification of the accreditation system.
Develop monitoring and reporting frequencies throughout the accreditation application and distribution processes to identify and resolve active issues and potential upcoming challenges.
Support the Games Family and Workforce stakeholder services sub-functions with external stakeholder communications and issue resolution related to the background check and visa/entry processes.
Accreditation for government partners:
Collaborate with the Workforce Accreditation team to identify the federal, state, county and city government delivery partners that have operational activities within LA28 accredited venues.
