Senior Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Planning

8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role, preferably in aerospace & defense, propulsion, or regulated manufacturing.

Strong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operations.

Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and defense contracting practices.

Proven ability to lead or participate in complex negotiations and deliver results on cost, schedule, and quality.

Experience in optimizing supply chain processes during high growth or production ramps.

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to play a critical role in managing and optimizing procurement, supply planning, subcontracts, material flow, inventory, and warehousing operations across our Lexington and Waltham locations.

This role will be instrumental in executing supply chain strategies to support Anduril’s rapid growth.

Your expertise will contribute significantly to the efficient and resilient supply chain for critical imaging products and programs in the defense sector.

You will manage cross-functional projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Drive Supply Chain Planning & Optimization:

Execute supply chain strategies, optimizing material flow, inventory management, and operational efficiency through continuous process improvement and KPI monitoring to support our rapid scaling.
