The Global Performance Marketing Manager will define the global blueprint for B2B growth, with two core mandates: Strategic Channel Leadership and AI-Driven Marketing Excellence.
You will be part of the Growth Marketing team and will partner closely with regional marketing leads, product marketing, analytics, and revenue teams to design scalable frameworks, operating models, and investment strategies across paid media, SEM, paid social, and emerging digital channels. You will lead the building of the roadmap and playbook for global growth—translating business goals into integrated acquisition plans, building standardized testing methodologies, and ensuring consistency in execution across markets, with a focus on leveraging AI to accelerate content velocity and performance optimization.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco or Arlington, Virginia office 3 days per week.
