Responsibilities

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for meeting the insurance needs of our clients while delivering exceptional service.

This role focuses on maintaining and growing our personal lines book of business by providing prompt, accurate, and professional support to clients, producers, and carriers.

Provide exceptional, timely customer service and support to clients through phone and email.

Support clients in securing, maintaining, and growing their personal accounts, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.

Handle all aspects of the renewal process: gather necessary details, verify application accuracy, ensure coverage meets client needs, and address any issues with practical solutions.

Assess quotes, negotiate conditions and pricing, and guide clients toward the most suitable coverage for their needs.
