Assistant Manager, Retail Donation Centers

Responsible for overseeing Retail Donation Center operations for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and its affiliated entities.

This role leads daily operations, drives business results, strengthens donor loyalty through an exceptional donation experience, supports community and business partnerships, and develops high-performing teams through effective leadership, training, and performance management.

Ensures donors receive excellent service and a consistent, positive experience across all assigned operations.

Travels between locations as needed to support business needs, maintain internal and external partnerships, and ensure effective execution of donor and operational programs.

Maintains day-to-day RDC operations, including meeting Team Member and donor needs, coverage for each site, premises maintenance, product management, loss prevention, and overall operational standards.

Ensures assigned locations are clean, well-kept, safe, secure, and reflective of the Goodwill brand.
