Requirements
– Responds to requests for service and assistance, follows instruction and responds to management direction, takes responsibility for own actions and doing the best job possible, keeps commitments, and maintains reliable attendance.
– Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, displays commitment to excellence, looks for ways to improve and promote quality, applies feedback to improve performance, and monitors own work to ensure quality.
Ability to assemble multiple components per drawing.
Skills in applying dec-lam, leather, rubber trim, and aluminum trims, etc.
Knowledge working with aluminum and Nomex materials.
Responsibilities
Fabricates detailed components and/or value added tasks to detailed components.
Fabricates components to form assemblies.
Assists in assembly of complex structures using sub-assemblies.
Operates various fabrication machines and equipment.
Performs skilled tasks including trim and finish of panels, or cabinets, using aluminum trims, dec-lam, leather, and vinyl etc.
Promotes quality craftsmanship.
