Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EH&S leader to play a highly visible role in supporting Revolution Medicines’ mission to bring innovative precision oncology therapies to patients.
The Associate Director, Environmental Health & Safety will help shape and strengthen site-level EH&S programs across a dynamic R&D environment, partnering closely with laboratory, facilities, operations, and leadership teams to enable safe, compliant, and resilient operations.
Lead the execution and continuous improvement of EH&S programs, guidelines, and procedures to ensure they are current, compliant, and effectively implemented across site operations.
Drive day-to-day EHS compliance and operational readiness, supporting internal and external audits and inspections, and interfacing with regulatory authorities as needed.
Support investigations for all incidents and accidents on site and ensure the timely completion of corrective actions.
Oversee incident management processes, including investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, advancing a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture.
