Responsibilities
As the Dental Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a critical liaison between the clinical staff, administrative team, and patients.
Coordinating patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications.
Managing patient billing, insurance verifications, and claims processing, ensuring financial arrangements and collections are handled timely.
Addressing and resolving escalated patient concerns to ensure a positive patient experience.
Supporting the training and onboarding of administrative staff, and providing leadership in the Practice Manager’s absence.
Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and ensuring adherence to office protocols.
