Ideally, you have over 2 years of experience as a HR/People Business Partner experience or adjacent role within a large-scale, global tech organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as a partner to senior business leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.
Execute the implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, inclusive culture) within assigned business units.
Partner with executive stakeholders to design and drive talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent across global teams.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, organizational design, and team restructures while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk mitigation practices.
Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
