Preferred 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a sales or account management role.
Strong understanding of technology products and the broader SaaS market, skilled in clearly and effectively communicating complex product features and advantages.
Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets within a SaaS environment.
High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach, with exceptional skills in negotiation and problem resolution.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire account lifecycle from renewal to expansion, demonstrating a proactive approach in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess their needs and align our solutions to their business goals, ensuring sustained account growth and satisfaction.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to client needs and inquiries.
Develop a deep understanding of each account’s unique challenges and opportunities, crafting customized strategies to maximize value and loyalty.
Collaborate closely with the customer support and product teams to address any product-related issues or enhancements that will benefit the client, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
Utilize CRM systems to track account activity, sales progress, and lead management, ensuring all account information is up-to-date and communications are logged and followed.
