Clinic Details

Cole Harbour Family Medicine is Located in the Baker Drive area of Dartmouth. There are 9 family doctors on site, as well as a family practice nurse and two general surgeons. Providers work together to cross cover vacation times, etc. Same day urgent appointments are available for patients of the clinic, and physicians take turns in an evening duty clinic. The panel of patients is 650, ranging from pre-natal to newborn to geriatrics.

EMR in use is Accuro and Mikata Health Scribe is available.  POCUS available for physician use.
