Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modelling and financial analysis skills.

Own and lead the consolidated planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the company.

Develop and maintain Group-level financial plans and strategic models that underpin our growth story.

Shape the P&L with top-down market and competitor analyses.

Consolidate and review inputs from Strategic Finance and Business Finance FP&A teams to create a single, aligned financial picture.

Partner with the People Team on workforce and headcount planning.

Prepare board, investor, and executive reporting packs with clear narratives that connect the dots between numbers and strategy.
