Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

$20.50 to $24.75 per hour + monthly incentive

Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

Provide the highest quality of member service by promptly addressing member concerns and escalate to leadership when appropriate\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services to meet the members\u2019 financial needs and partner with service teams including insurance, investments, Premier, and mortgage\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives (i.e. campaigns, cross-selling, and referrals), alongside sales targets, and incentives to help drive and execute on key business goals and initiatives\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0
